  • Nicely renovated, modern kitchen and bath, comfortable beds, and solar-powered. Great location in a safe neighborhood, Jewel (Grocery store) is less than a block from the front door, Trader Joe's, 4 craft breweries within three blocks, restaurants, bars, coffee shops, Wrigley Field nearby, and brown line train to downtown (the Loop). Families with children are welcome; we can lend a booster seat and pack-n-play upon request. We offer our guests Brooklinen towels. Owners with two kids live upstairs; we are here to address guest needs. Our house is incredibly secure; we have security cameras on both the front and back porches. No smoking or vaping of anything on the property, guests can smoke on the front sidewalk or in the side alley. Parties, excessive noise, and loud music are prohibited — no large groups. Quiet hours are between 11 pm and 8 am.

We booked this because it was close to our daughter's new apartment and it was very clean and accommodating. Check in was easy and in fact Justin the Host was at the door when we arrived. When in need again, we would stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay. They really put thought into having the things that we don’t see often at a VRBO. Throw blankets for sitting in the family room watching TV, extra outlets in the bedroom, complete full kitchen with everything we needed. You can walk to a grocery store and restaurants perfect spot and a great host.

Justin was a super helpful and communicative host and the location of this apartment cannot be beat!! We really enjoyed our stay and felt very comfortable even with 3 young kids (and an infant!)The only thing I would have wished for is some blackout curtains in the two bedrooms. Other than that the stay was so lovely.

We had an excellent stay! The location was perfect, a nice little walk to Wrigley Field for a ball game. So many restaurants in the neighborhood. Very clean, bed was comfortable, the kitchen had anything that we needed. We will definitely be back.

We had a perfect stay here. The location is perfect. Quick walk to a grocery store and tons of restaurants right outside the door. Free street parking was plentiful. The apartment itself was great. Super comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, and plenty of space. Felt like you were staying with a good friend who had thought of everything you might need.

Wonderful little Chicago home. Super clean. Walkable to a coffee shop, several restaurants and a grocery store. Easy to get a ride share to Wrigleyville and Wrigley Field. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen is updated and very well equipped. Sunny back porch to enjoy coffee or a cocktail. The host was very responsive to questions. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

This was one of the best places we have stayed. Apartment was clean with plenty of room to get comfortable. Lovely back porch to relax on, and the bed was comfortable.
