My stay at The Best Inn and Suites was outstanding. The room was quiet and comfortable. Also, the attendant at the front desk was courteous and cooperative.

It was great other than the front of the fridge could use a clean and the mark on the side of the bed that could use it clean.

Terrible trip! First, we were unaware of $100 CASH deposit so we had to go to the bank. Second, we were given a room at the furthest end of the hall near an exit that does not allow entry. Ok. Then on the morning of what was supposed our second day, the staff is banging on the door talking about putting our things out into the lobby. The manager comes to the door and states they were paid for only one night, even though my online receipt clearly shows 2 nights paid. Hotels.com blamed the hotel; the hotel blamed hotels.com, and meanwhile we were left to scramble for accommodations for our 2nd night. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Be prepared to pay a $100 deposit in cash when you get here. You do get it back, but still a hassle. Also bring blankets. They basically give you 2 sheets.

The room was clean but minimally outfitted. The chair was too low for the table, only one trash can, minimal toiletries, and no printed instructions for the TV--had to contact the desk to learn how to get to the right setting to watch TV.

The stay was excellent. When my friend was trying to be nice and get me some breakfast the front desk lady told her she is not allowed to bring food back to the room. When she finally got back the food was terrible. Everything was very undercooked. Very bad morning!

Felt like we couldn't touch anything. Sheets didn't fit proper so pulled off and we didn't want to touch the mattress so tried just sleeping in the middle. Only one towel and we used it to cover the chair so we could sit in it. No soap or shampoo in room. Remote needed batteries and was so sticky and gross. Having to leave $100 cash security was unexpected.

The entryway and hallway was clean but room had dust building up on vent in the bathroom the floor in bathroom was dirty and there was dirt around the shower wall

First of all, the staff was excellent when we showed up. The only issues were with the room itself. The floor stopped the bathroom door from closing easily. There was a small gap at the room entrance door.

Déjeuner soussice pas cuite et oeuf bizzard faut demander il remplise rien ( pain et yogourt en trautre )tele de l office trop fort et celle de mon voisin de chambre plancher de la chambre salle on avais les pieds noir si on marchais trop en sortants de la douche
