- You will have your own private floor and access to 2 individual Suites across the hall from each other.
- 10 total Queen beds.
- 3 FULL bathrooms
- PRIVATE ROOF DECK ACCESS. This space is EXCLUSIVE for you and your guests and is the PERFECT spot to spend your days/nights (awesome LED lighting at night).
- 2 car garage parking (we offer more parking if needed).
- 2 full kitchens

Great space for groups near central Chicago

This listing consists of two suites (3S and 3N) in a walk-up apartment building. The suites are nicely decorated, clean, and well furnished. If you have a decent sized group (we were seven adult friends), you will love the social spaces in the suites and the roof deck. Also ample and comfortable full sized beds for sleeping, and bathrooms for getting ready.
