"Clean and well serviced in the rooms. There was a wedding party when we were there that was very noisy and although they had a great time it was difficult to hold a conversation in the restaurant in the evening, that's why I gave good rather that excellent."
House & Annexe, Sleeps 18, Heated Pool

"We were a mixed group of 8 adults and 7 children, 3 generations. The owners were willing to modify/ separate some of the ‘double’ beds to suit our party. We had also booked the annexe. The house is stunning and the garden beautiful despite the drought. Plenty of bedding, toilet rolls, bags for the bins etc.The pool was a great success. There were games and books in many of the rooms. And when we contacted the owners either phone or message we had almost immediate replies."

"overall the accommodation and staff were good and the grounds and location was very pleasant. However, on the Saturday evening we arrived back to the room at 8.30 pm to find in the garden a bbq, loads of people and very very loud music. We could not sleep, read or listen to the Tv and the music stopped at 11:59. Really spoiled our stay"
Beach themed Annexe close to Chichester, West Wittering beach and Goodwood

"Exactly what we were looking for: a small getaway for a week. The facilities are really good and you are close to a local shop, a farm shop about a mile or so away and a choice of of supermarkets within 3 miles. 3 buses an hour into Chichester or a 30 minute walk along the canal tow path - thoroughly recommend. Julie and Andy our hosts were incredibly helpful with advice on arrival and during the stay, but more than happy to leave you to it. Great for beach bums, culture vultures and cyclists (FYI: nice and flat south of Chichester, very lumpy north of the town and some really great cycle paths as well) - they will let you put bikes in their garage and give you a key. There is just so much to do and see around here. Drinking / eating out the local pub: Spotted Cow (2 minutes walk) is fine, Crown and Anchor near Dell Quay about 4 miles away is amazing and The Ship Inn at Itchenor is pretty good and loads of really good places in Chichester. Having the tea, coffee and various bits for breakfast was lovely. I really can't recommend it enough. Nice to be given use of outdoor chairs to enjoy the sun and a cold beer / gin and tonic! If we are in the area again would book in a flash."

"We enjoyed our stay in this cosy and clean studio annexe, which was quite separate from the main house, quiet and well equipped. The groceries provided for our arrival were a nice touch. Check-in instructions were clear and off-road parking is straightforward. The 600 bus from almost directly outside will take you into Chichester or Bognor."

"The Nest was a Beautiful place and the grounds are amazing with plenty of outdoor spaces and activities available for families. They have a trampoline, tennis court, multiple outdoor sitting areas and lots of space to play outside. We saw a deer twice and my son enjoyed the trampoline. It’s really a two bedroom one bathroom place with a tub and a sink in the primary bedroom with a king bed and the second bedroom has two twin beds plenty of room for a family of four. Both bedrooms are upstairs and downstairs there is a bathroom with a shower and washer/dryer a kitchen, dining area and a small living room. The place is a little hidden from the road but the host was incredibly friendly and accommodating they walked out to the end of the driveway to meet us because we were struggling to find the place the first day after that it was super easy to find the house We were there for the Goodwood festival of speed and it was a short 10-15 minute drive to the festival."
New Property - Marble Bridge Farm

"Our family generally enjoyed Marble Bridge Farm especially the pool and hot tub. First impression not great as porch and key pad cobwebby. Other areas outside, like lights, similar. Kitchen well equipped but lacking a large non stick frying pan in good condition. We were surprised that for an up market property there were no table napkins. We couldn’t switch on the large television in the annex. On investigation we found the remote had one battery missing. We never found out how to turn up the volume of the television in the conservatory. The outside wooden furniture seemed very tired and indeed the table legs were held together with twigs. There were only 3 deck chairs around the pool. Overall we thought there was a lack of attention to detail. Nevertheless we made do and had a good time."

"Absolutely loved our stay at Chichester Park Holiday Park! The lodge was beautiful, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable. There were seven of us staying (six adults and one child), and the place was absolutely immaculate throughout.Communication was excellent from start to finish, and the keys were ready for us on arrival, which made check-in really easy. The lodge had everything we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, and dishwasher, making our stay even more convenient.Overall, it was an outstanding stay. We would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-maintained place to stay, and we would happily return again in the future!"
