This property has a great location, at a reasonable price. My room was at the very top of the house, in the eves, so a sloping ceiling. It has an en suite shower room. Room was clean but could do with an update. Good coffee/tea making facilities with kettle, microwave and mini fridge, as well as lots of snacks provided.

What a lovely stay! It’s so close to the beach and a short walk from the town centre. The Regis lodge was warm and cosy with lots of fun snacks provided too. Parking was easy on the forecourt and staff were very communicative. Would definitely recommend.

We saw the proprietor when we arrived at the property. He said our room was ready, although we were very early. My partner was delighted with the box of breakfast goodies. The fridge and microwave were welcome extras.. Clean linen, big room, great locality. No negative points at all.

It's a Guest house, so don't expect hotel standards, having said that it room was very clean with all you need for a short stay although a bit on the small side for a double. Located about a 10 minute walk from shops/ restaurants with limited parking, although free parking just round the corner. This was our 2nd time straying here, so can't be bad
