"Excellent hotel "

"Overall is very good, facilities and services are excellent, however one thing can be improved is the pillow is not so comfortable. But I still recommend this hotel."

"Super friendly staff everywhere. We were there with a wheelchair bound family member, and really appreciated that almost the entire place is very wheelchair friendly. The only exception was the public bath. Excellent dinner and breakfast; my Japanese family members were impressed too."

"洗練されてるとは云いがたいが従業員さんは一生懸命。 設備はは正直ボロい。隣のお客の大騒ぎが筒抜け。大浴場と露天風呂は直接行き来できない。 トイレと部屋風呂は別だが、洗面所とトイレは同じ。(和室泊) 食事は悪くない。ご飯、お茶等はセルフ。 コストパフォーマンス的には妥当な線ではないかと。"
