Spacious and Clean!

Great home close to everything! Off of a busy street but the parking was no problem and I couldn't even hear the traffic. Location was perfect and I'll defintely rent it again!

Great Property

We enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and comfortable. We typically stay in a hotel in Chico, however were looking for a more relaxed stay. This filled our needs well. The property manager was very responsive.

Quick trip

Nice three bedroom home. We were there for the weekend for a college event. Adam was very helpful and easy to communicate with during the entire process. The only upgrade would be a suggestion to add mirrors in the bedrooms, don't have to wait for the bathroomng ready.

Family Thanksgiving

Visited son for Thanksgiving and hosted our family meal. House was so comfortable and spacious. Host was excellent and immediately responded to all questions. Super easy check in. Absolutely no issues with the house. Will definitely stay again!

Cute place

Cute little house to stay with friends to relive their college days. Good communication with manager, no cleaning fee, and close walk to downtown. Just an older home that creaks here and there but it did the job!

Great place

Totally enjoyed our stay, great house, great location! Here for our daughters graduation. Family stayed with us in both the main house and the back studio. Perfect set up. Well equipped. Easy walk to graduation ceremony, downtown restaurants and shops. Thank you Adam for allowing us to enjoy your great house. We probably won’t be back since our daughter graduated but definitely recommend this place. Wish we would have found it sooner!

Very accommodating and convenient

We visited our son's family in Chico. The house is surprisingly large and the sparsely furnished living room worked perfectly for us as a space for kiddos' puzzles, wooden train tracks and sock skating. We enjoyed having a real dining room as 6 of us had several meals together. The location was handy, a pleasant walk to downtown.
