“I have stayed there several times since 2008 the property has always been clean, staff accomodating and courteous. beds are above average hotel beds for comfort, the entire property is very clean with good cleaning organizations of staff and adminitration. The only disappointmente is the lack of hot water in the showers, warm but only beyond the warmth of tap water. The beach view from my room was good, but limited to the side of the building and the location of the balcony; but beach side……

“Es un engaño, las fotos no corresponden a la realidad. Alto precio para un hotel, viejo, descuidado, sucio, ruidoso. Lo venden como un hotel boutique, pero en realidad es una casa vieja con pileta en lugar de alberca. Le dieron una “ arreglada” y ahora lo hacen pasar por un buen hotel.”

“The condo was across the street from the beach. The beach was not as depicted in the pictures. No private beach access. We had to go up several blocks to the boardwalk for public beach access. Instructions on how to access the WiFi and TV could have been communicated better. TV was reported not working but was not corrected during our 7 day stay. The electricity went off for 1 morning and management did respond quickly but was instructed to only use one burner on the stove. Washer was very loud……

“We chose Hacienda Xcanatun to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary and they were able to make my vision come true. Communications with event management was consistent, detailed and they made recommendations for service providers who were excellent. The coordination and collaboration between Hacienda, the DJ, photographer, flower arrangements and bakery for the wedding cake was spot on and everything came together beautifully. “Check in was fast and host was very nice. I got a room with balcony or thought I did . All rooms are facing the pool and really only the rooms on bottom have an enclosed balcony which I was told cost more . So not sure if I got the right room. When I booked the amenities stated there was free shuttle to beach but I was told it had recently changed by seeing the reviews saw it had changed a day before I arrived on the 21st.
