I called them at two different cell phone numbers and they answered right away
Expedia argue that they dont answered,

"My family and I absolutely loved our stay! It had everything we wanted: pool, close to the beach, safe, kitchen and more. It’s a bit small but for our family of 5, we felt it was a nice fit for one night. The host was amazing. Very prompt to respond. He had bottle waters for us and provided coffee and tea for us as well. There was a small issue we came across and we quickly responded to resolve it. Completely recommend!"
