“Excellent stay”

“The room was okay., clean but in need of a refresh. The onsite staff was very friendly but did not speak English. I attempted to alert her to a parking issue and she gave me her phone to speak into an app translator. The problem was the parking space I was assigned too and required to pay for had pipes protruding from the concrete inside the parking lines, the pool door opened to parking lot and it banged against the front of my car - Juan the absentee manager had staff put a DIY bucket in front……

“Great property, great location, and for a pet friendly hotel it was extremely clean. Loved the pool, fitness room, and the rooftop bar was a nice atmosphere for drinks, did not try the food. The only two things I did not like about the property is breakfast is not included with stay; however, there is a Starbucks directly across the street, and valet is $44.00 a day which seems ridiculously high.”

“The hotel was great for the price. You can’t beat the location. The coffee shop in the. lobby was excellent. For me, the bed isn’t one of my favs. It was a memory foam. ”

“Staff friendly but no managers were available. Had to wait over an hour to get checked in. As housekeeping was still cleaning rooms after 5:00 o’clock when check in was 4:00 o’clock. Front desk help had an attitude.”

“Not only did it take several days for room service to even show up to my room. But im getting charged for smoking in a hotel room, considering ive never even hit a nicotine vape in my life I find it insane that im being charged with this. I will not being returning, I will warn everyone of my peers who visits st pete to steer clear, and I will be filing a claim on this charge because there is NO REASON I should even accused of smoking. Unbelievably embarrassing for a "high quality establishment"”
