"Hotel is very close to everything which was great. The room smelled terrible, no amenities, parking is a block away at another hotel and they still charge you $20 a night even thought it’s self parking. They only have a small little cafe downstairs with one employee so the line is terrible to get a simple coffee or breakfast sandwich. They definitely need to update some things around because it’s not worth almost $200 a night."

"There is nobody manning the front desk from 11:00 pm until morning. At 2:00 am we were woken up by blasting music and a bass so loud it throbbed through our bones. After 15 minutes we realized the music wasn't coming from a car or boombox outside. I opened my door and discovered it was coming from the room next door. I pounded on their door and when they turned the music down I asked them to lower the music. As soon as I left they turned it up higher. We could'nt fall asleep until 5:15 am when they turned it off! As we checked out we told several people at the front desk exactly what happened. The management basically decided it wasn't a big deal and offered a minimal apology stating that there is a small white card in the room that gives a phone number for emergencies. That was it! This room cost over $300. Despite it's lovely amenities, I would never stay or recommend this hotel to anyone."

"The first things you need to know is that there is an incredibly high fee for checking in even a half hour earlier than 3:00 p.m., which is what THEY say even though it says 11:00AM on Hotels.com. how in the world do they expect to charge you nearly half of your night's stay for checking in a half hour early? Do not leave the counter until you have a parking permit in your hand because later on they'll claim you didn't ask and then tell you there are none left and you can just go down the street and park in the $30 a night parking space. The rooms are quite clean but the TVs don't work at all. The shower is strange in that there is a curtain that only goes down to your knee. There's no way to stop the water from going into the rest of the room. There is no elevator and the ice maker is in another wing of the hotel and the microwaves are all on the first floor. But at least they have them right? The location can't be beat. You are surrounded by restaurants and nightclubs and bars and you are a 5-minute walk from the most beautiful beaches. And the price is exquisite so take it for what it's worth."
