"I enjoyed the stay overall and since we were there to spend little time in the hotel, and on a budget, it fit the needs of our trip. The hotel room was not well cleaned, specifically the bathroom. There was hard water stains on every chrome surface, toliet paper holder falling out the wall from years of usage, flush was very loud and would wake any family member sleeping. The walls of the hotel were also very dated, windows were unclean. It was not a hotel I was excited to take photos of, which normally I do and share with friends and family. The breakfast was ok, I think over priced for the buffet, with limited selection. I asked several different staff members days prior what was served for breakfast, including a supervisor, who did not know. I eventually went to the restaurant in the morning to get a menu. I'd have planned breakfast a little differently had I had an idea of their selections earlier. The pool area was nice. The bathrooms by the pool were incredibly hot. The elevator broke the last day, thankfully it did not impact our trip. The valet staff and bar tenders were very friendly. For where this location is, I expected a little more but nontheless not the worst experience, it was okay for the time and the price. I hope this place gets the update it deserves in the future."

"Great hotel, even better staff. We had a small hiccup in the beginning when I checked in. I paid in full when I booked, when I was paying a refundable fee of $100 the computer accidentally charged me $679 (which was the total of 2 nights that I paid already) Bethany who is the manager took the matter in her hands and called my bank to void it asap and within 30 minutes of that incident I had my money back in my account. Awesome staff. Hotel was clean, pool was great. Breakfast menu was really good. Will definitely be back"

"No front desk, I was helped by a guest that was waiting there, he looked into the PC , asked for my name and grabbed an envelope with the keys, is this you? It was my room keys, no deposit, no card on file and a total stranger accessing everybody’s personal info. Walk several blocks to park in a building. Party hub spot at night, if you have kids beware. Beautiful area during the day."

"Hotel is very close to everything which was great. The room smelled terrible, no amenities, parking is a block away at another hotel and they still charge you $20 a night even thought it’s self parking. They only have a small little cafe downstairs with one employee so the line is terrible to get a simple coffee or breakfast sandwich. They definitely need to update some things around because it’s not worth almost $200 a night."
