「Love the charm and ambience! Great team that goes above and beyond to be helpful. Lots of quaint reading nooks and places to enjoy time outside of a hotel room. The location is waking distance to restaurants and the bay. We loved the pool, coffee shop and more. When I left my iPad and called to ask for support, they I immediately locked it and let me know. Stress was relieved. They are great!」

「Originally I booked my room through Expedia and it mentioned nothing about an “old part” versus the “renovated part” when booking a room. I got to the Cordova and checked into my room (thankfully they let me do an early check in, so nice of them) however upon entering my “old” room there was a dehumidifier with an air freshener sticking through the vent, when taking a closer look the vents were covered in black mold.
