「This is such an amazing boutique hotel experience. We will be back! The pool is wonderful, the vibes are excellent, and the beds are cozy. Also the location is central with only a quick walk to the pier. 」

「This is a decent hotel in a very prime location. The property had some nice amenities such as a pool, terrace, gym, breakfast area and valet. The valet was efficient and helpful. Front desk was hit or miss. Everyone was quite nice, but some of the people were a bit slow. Rooms are clean, decent and had an extra blanket which was greatly appreciated.」

「My Wife and I spent 4 nights there and were more than happy with our stay. Its a beautiful property but it may not be for everyone. There are a lot of stairs and sloped walkways that could be challenging for seniors or those with disabilities. Yes, in most cases there are ways to navigate using the multiple elevators throughout the property but I found it less than convenient. Another issue was the limited choices for meals. 「We liked the convenience of down town and the Bay. Didn't mind the small room but did not have enough storage space for a weeks stay. Bathroom is in need of repair and remodeled. Drywall and plaster was in poor condition, smelled musty. The bar was adequate, could have had a better breakfast selection. Overall the price was too high for the state of the room.」

「0 stars. Disgusting. Number one issue is Rats and bed bugs followed with dr*gs and prost*tut*on galore. Place needs to be fumigated for anything living. Front office staff is rude, poorly managed, not communicative nor professional & inconsiderate to any and all matters with attitude and disrespect.
