「Staff was wonderful. My room wasn't ready yet(I was there a bit early), they offered me a drink and to hold my bags while I waited at the pool. Its very cute and convenient. I had a conference at the Vinoy and they were booked up so this was a perfect 2 min walk back and forth. Also close to plenty of restaurants and a cute coffee shop down the street was perfect for a quick bite to start the day. 」

「The room was great. Had a little problem with the AC when we first got into the room, but within minutes of notifying the Front Desk hotel staff was there and got the AC to start working properly. The hotel staff was extremely helpful, nice and kind. overall, the stay at the exchange was wonderful and we will be going back.」

「The property is walkable to multiple dining options as well as nightlife. The property owners are easily accessible for any needs. We will definitely stay again. Just a little fyi, while my husband and I enjoyed our stay at the Vinoy House, all rooms are up a steep staircase that has about 8 stairs ( it is a beautiful historic house) no elevator available if needed for handicap accessibility. Everything you could possibly need is walking distance. 」
