「The employees make this hotel. From the greeting at the valet to Alice at reception we felt very welcome. One afternoon we called because our television wouldn’t turn on. We called the desk and Jonathan said he would send up Javier who reset the tv and we were able to watch some Olympics. My friend asked if their afternoon cookies were done and Jonathan said they would be done in a few minutes and he actually ran a few up to our room. 「The room was great. Had a little problem with the AC when we first got into the room, but within minutes of notifying the Front Desk hotel staff was there and got the AC to start working properly. The hotel staff was extremely helpful, nice and kind. overall, the stay at the exchange was wonderful and we will be going back.」
