The ambiance & service was charming enough (I particularly enjoyed them showing "Teen Wolf") & the sushi rolls were a great value--the veggie rolls are to be missed but hey we are in the south-->it's always a gamble when your vegetarian appetizer isn't fried :)

If you’re looking for a reasonably priced hotel in SBP 2 blocks to Upham Beach and walk to ALL the restaurants then try The Lofts at St Pete Beach New owners Matt and Marcella are great people just a text or phone call away if needed. Choose from studio or one and two bedroom apartments with a Key West vibe Clean, newly remodeled and the king size bed was a dream!

I don't write many reviews, but I highly recommend The Lofts at St Pete Beach!! The property is beautiful, clean and well decorated! The location is also great and is within walking distance of the beach, entertainment, dining and shops! We are locals and love St Pete Beach! We will definitely be staying at The Lofts in the future!

Such an amazing space. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the kitchen had everything needed to make a meal. The spaces was created with comfort in mind. We extended our trip and the hosts were so gracious— we’ll definitely be back.

The owners have done very nice work with this property! We were visiting for our son's baseball tournament and we loved staying in this area. Parking on site was convenient and we were easily able to walk to the beach and restaurants while we weren't at games. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking and the entire space was very clean and welcoming! We would definitely stay here again!

Great full kitchen with full size fridge. The whole property seems freshly redone and they did an amazing job. Pool area is a great place to hang out and meet some cool people. Definitely within walking distance to beach and some of the local bars and restaurants.

This is one of the nicest places I have ever stayed! It was so clean and decorated beautifully. I had my daughter and young grandson with me and we felt so safe at this property. My grandson LOVED the pool and we spent almost every waking moment in the pool. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

It seemed recently remodeled and everything was in perfect condition. The regular bed and the sofa bed were comfortable. Bedding and towels were good too. We were able to walk to restaurants and the beach.

This place is absolutely incredible. Everything about it is just wonderful. Originally found this place at random, but ended up being the most wonderful place to stay in all of St. Pete Beach. It’s so spacious, clean, great AC, great location to just about everything. The decorations of the place make it feel so comfortable and fun! Will definitely be coming back here again, wish I didn’t have to leave !

Pristine 2-bed, 2-bath on St. Pete Beach

Pristine two-bed, two-bath was just what we needed. Unit was brand new. Awesome location, very short walk to a beautiful beach. St. Pete Beach always delivers, as do Dave and Melissa, as this is the second time we've stayed in one of their properties.

We decided to stay an extra day on our vacation and we needed another room for the night. Came across The Lofts at St. Pete and we couldn’t have been more pleased with our stay. Newly renovated, very clean and up to date rooms. Honestly the cutest place you’ll see, down to every last detail. You’re only about a block and a half from the beach too. Highly recommend staying here. We plan on visiting again in November. Can’t wait to visit again.

A Gem on the Beach!

The property was exceptional .The AC kept the room perfect .The kitchen was clean and the bathroom area was large. All were decorated beautifully.Extra towels and linens were available. The pool was clean and the property had games and an outdoor storage area for beach and pool items. The room had a broom to make it easy to get rid of sand. I only had a couple tiny things that would have added to my stay. The TV’s should have had a permanent hdmi cord attached to the backs where a guest could plug a personal device. Prior guests were logged into multiple apps making streaming cumbersome. There is no smoking on the property so if you do smoke you have to go to the roadway. Parking was expensive. We had 2 vehicles, so we had to keep paying to park. With that said, I would highly recommend this property. We stay at different places like this trying to find hidden gems. This is definitely one of those gems! You can’t go wrong with The Lofts….
