St. Petersburg - Clearwater Jannus Live Hotels

"Our room was only cleaned once (the first day) over the course of our 4 day stay even though we left the room for several hours each day. This was very difficult as there was no carpet in the room (dirty floors/ dirty feet). Trash piled up, and we ran out of clean towels. No parking. "

"The hotel is old and the photos are deceiving. Great location and staff was always friendly, but the room had a smell that was hard to explain and faded after 5 seconds. Small, stocked fridge with water and sodas in the room, but the wood floor was dirty and a small bathroom. I opened the curtains and blinds to see the surroundings, but there was apparent damage around the windows due to poor maintenance. Bedding needs to be upgraded."

"Everything and everyone is wonderful at this hotel. We stay here every year for Reggae Rise Up Festival, which is 4 nights. The breakfast here is awesome and the employees are great. They make us always feel welcome. The only thing we suggest is maybe a solar heating system for the pool. Don’t get me wrong the pool is great, but it would be better with a little heat. "
