"I want to give a shout out to Ms. Erica at the front desk. My family and I had just landed from a red eye flight, we were extremely tired and just wanted to shower and go to bed. She recognized that and told me she would call me when the room was ready. She didnt hesitate to call me back as soon as the room was available. My family and I had a wonderful room for us ready to go. She didn't know that we were in town for a funeral but her kindness and wonderful customer service was top notch. I even heard her talking to a previous guest on the phone who had some complaints and she offered the best customer service I've seen in a long time, it was refreshing. The rest of the staff was very friendly as well. You have a great team there. Ms. Erica keep up the good work. Be blessed."

"I must say i really enjoyed staying at this property. I felt comfortable and safe being a lady traveling alone. I went grocery shopping to put food in the fridge, rather then eating at restaurants all the time, they have everything you need to prepare your own meals(except the food), this property also has a grill if you want to grill.They have Dove products. Staff very nice and professional. I read the reviews and i read there are at lots of ambulance sirens, there where some sirens but this property is close to JonesHopkins Hospital, in my eyes thats a plus. I stayed four nights and wanted to stay longer. I was able to use the free washers and dryers to wash my clothes before i left. Location is right off interstate coming from Tampa airport, located not to far from family i was visiting. The pool was nice also. Staff was exceptional, some one at desk all the time. I had no parking issues. I did pay the 10 dollars a day, but there was parking on side of the of the buiding you can use for free. I never stayed at Staybrige suites before this, i will be booking with them as much as possible, no matter where i visit. I can not comment on the breakfast, because i made my own at my convenience.for the smokers there is a area you can sit and relax away from other people. There is a park across the street if you want to get a walk or run in. The only thing i would say not a lot of walkable shops at this location , but if you get a car, you're not far from shopping."
