「The employees make this hotel. From the greeting at the valet to Alice at reception we felt very welcome. One afternoon we called because our television wouldn’t turn on. We called the desk and Jonathan said he would send up Javier who reset the tv and we were able to watch some Olympics. My friend asked if their afternoon cookies were done and Jonathan said they would be done in a few minutes and he actually ran a few up to our room. 「Love everything about this location. I enjoyed my sleep room 311 was the best you can’t hear much although music was going on I didn’t worry I was too tired. Bed is ver comfortable and pillows also. The staff was friendly and amenities were fun. 」
