「Lovely Stay At Gateway Chikmangalur. Courteous and Very Helpful Staff Nice property and very beautiful designed cottages.」

「Beautiful property, lovely forest surrounding. Spacious and luxurious rooms. 」

「Apartment was excellent, both day and night staffs were friendly and helpful. Very safe and quiet. My penthouse on the top was very airy with nice view. Overall good experience and will stay if I visit again 」

「Room was ok. We booked two family rooms but got 1 family room and 1 standard room. The room did not had basic items like towel, soaps, water, etc.」

「door locks not working. bed and pillow covers are horrible. phone not working. overall it’s terrible. better avoid this hotel.」

「Restaurant service was worst, we had to walk out from the restaurant as there were unable to serve our order even after 90 minutes. There was a mess all around , no coordination among the staff. Check out process was worst as We had to wait more than a hour to get our room door opened. The emergency key was not available and only when some guy from remote helped them to correct the app, they could reprogram the key and opened it. One of the worst stay I ever had in my lifetime. Would strongly...
