"It was a present stay, nice hotel, large room, nice garden. However, last year we stayed in Japanese room in Art Hotel (the same building) it was much newer. This suisui room is very nice but bathroom a bit damp and scary for kids. "

"It was my 2nd visiting at Kayausagi. Thus stay also was full of satisfaction! Hotspring, Food, Staff kindness, everything! They provide pick up&drop off service, ans it was very convenient to book transportation via Expedia message function in advance. I personally wants to share a sincere gratitude to Kayausagi that contacting and helping me regarding my lost item(phone) even after my stay :)"

"Staff were very friendly and courteous. Kaiseki dinner and buffet breakfast were out of the world! Onsen, water temperature was perfect, and Jungle Onsen was interesting. Our room was tatami room with 2 beds which was large enough and comfortable. Even though the unit was rustic, it was very clean. "Overall really nice place. My experience was unfortunately poor with the service as Typhoon Shanshan had hit during my stay. I understand that because of that service would be minimal but some communication from the team over the expedia app would have helped give me a heads up that there would be essentially 0 service. Especially since it’s on a mountain it would be good to have some communication in case where we were staying was in danger of landslides or other typhoon related issues....
