“とても大きな老舗旅館、部屋も広くてびっくり。 私は朝食のみで夕食はどこかで、と思いましたが　戸倉駅周辺はわりと古ぼけていて何もなく(一件有名な蕎麦屋があるらしい) ホテル近くはほとんどのお店が閉まっていました。2月末だから、ということもあり。 なので、夕食付きのプランの方が良いかもしれません。お湯はとてもシンプルで気持ちいい、私は幸い大浴場独り占め。オフシーズンの良さです。 朝食はなんでもあるバイキング。 プライス的にも納得です。 駅までの送迎は予約したらしてくれます。”

“I travel quite a lot, and this Ryokan is the best place I have ever stayed at. The attention to detail and thought put into every piece of the home is impeccable. If you are lucky enough for this space to be available during your time in Japan, booking this place would be the best decision! Kimi is absolutely incredible and will ensure your stay is phenomenal. I can’t recommend this place enough. I will be coming back and recommending to everyone I know. ”

“非常日式的酒店旅館! 一走進去就感受到濃濃的和風味! 服務台對面有一個製作蕎麥麵的製麵間, 早上可以觀賞師傅即場製作蕎麥麵! 而且可以即場購買當手信! 房間整潔乾淨, 但公共浴場很細! 只能同時容納約3位成人! 酒店的位置較遠, 自駕會比較方便, 但旅館不得不提停車場位置較窄, 多車停泊時比較難泊車, 新手要注意一下! 旅館晚上十時後有門禁, 如果會遲過十時回到旅館, 記得通知服務台, 不然門鎖了就入不了旅館! 總括而言, 都是值得入住的!”

“The staff being "very helpful and nice" is often the most important factor for a great stay. A clean room is a baseline expectation, but having it be "big" is a wonderful bonus that adds to comfort. A "welcome drink & snake every night at the lobby" is a unique and generous touch. It shows the hotel goes the extra mile to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. ”

“Never know which one will be allocated out of 4 BnB, the white decorated one was allocated to me, TV is so tiny, I was expecting a balcony as shown in the pictures, but not existed in mine. In general, it’s clean”

“The service sucks due to the staff negligences. The staff forgot to return our passports after check in and after our check out without any reminders. After our departure, they even did not remind us. It took us 1.5 hours to drive back and take the passport.”
