"室内はとてもきれい。2ベッドのベッドルームが2つ有り、それぞれのプライバシーは守られる形で良い。ただ、それをクリアに認識出来たのは現場を見た時点であった。 ユメノバとロッジの位置関係、ユメノバ終了後のロッジの出入り口や宿泊者のユメノバ施設への対応など、事前に調べてもクリアにならないまま現地へ赴き、現地スタッフの説明で理解出来た。 一番気になった点として。事前にキャンセルについて不明点を電話で確認したが、当日現地に到着すると全てキャンセル扱いになっていたこと。現地スタッフが思い込みで対応していたようで、謝罪いただいた。 結局、3棟予約の内１棟をキャンセルしたが、我々が全棟キャンセルしていないことが判明した時のスタッフの慌てぶりから、キャンセルになった分を、内々に別の用途で当該ロッジを無料使用したのでは？という疑念が残った。そうでは無いと信じたいが。 全般的に、WEB上にもっときめ細やかな情報を出して欲しい。施設自体は非常に良いし、また利用したいので勿体ない。期待している。"
