"Avoid avoid avoid !!! The staff are not to be trusted. Having had 5 emails from the hotel, and having replied 5 times, and despite 6 attempts to phone them on the number they provided, they stranded us at the airport. It turns out they don’t monitor their emails or even answer the number provided. Instead of trying to resolve the matter they tried to make it our fault, and when that didn’t work, they blamed Hotels.com !! Zero attempt to apologise or accept responsibility despite the emails being from them and the phone number being provided by them. The desk staff just stood there and lied and lied. One doesn’t need deceitful hotel staff when travelling, one needs staff one can trust and rely on. So best advice from me - Avoid avoid avoid !!!!"
