Amazing views! Only that is enough. They complement it with great facilities, comfortable room. Awesome food with exceptional dinner dishes and great breakfast buffet. The swimming pool is great completed by saunas and spa paid service

We had a perfect 5 nights at the resort. The views in the mountain rooms are spectacular and it’s lovely sitting on the deck having a drink. The staff are excellent, Simon, and everyone so nice and helpful. Great location to access the park and not to far from Puerto Natales. ….The border collies visiting was also lovely.

Title: An Unforgettable Stay in Patagonia – Outstanding Hospitality!
Rating: 5/5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
My wife and I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Río Serrano Hotel + Spa. The breathtaking scenery, beautiful facilities, comfortable rooms, and excellent service made our visit to Torres del Paine truly unforgettable.
What impressed us most was the exceptional hospitality of the entire team. Everyone was incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our stay special.
A particularly heartfelt thank you to Romina from the reservations team, who went above and beyond to assist us with our arrangements and accommodate our needs. Her kindness, professionalism, and thoughtful communication made us feel truly welcomed and cared for.
We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and couldn’t have asked for a better experience in Patagonia. We would absolutely recommend Río Serrano to anyone visiting Torres del Paine and would love to return someday!
Thank you again to Romina and the entire team for such a memorable stay!

Superb hotel set in a stunning area. The views from the hotel room are breathtaking. The room is spacious and comfortable. The staff are superb. The bar and restaurant offers terrific variety of food and drink, which is all high quality. This is all the more impressive given how remote the area where the hotel is. The spa is world class. A must stay.
