「I liked everything about the property. Especially that most everything was within walking distance. The room was spacious, and very clean. I liked that there were snacks, and a small kitchenette. They had everything that you would need, stored away, in case you forget something on your trip. 「We were in town for a family birthday party and this house was perfect for us. They have done a great job renovating, keeping the beautiful historic features but making the home comfortable and convenient. Check in and check out were super easy. Everything was clean and well stocked. The kitchen had all the dishes for a large family and the dining room table was large enough to accommodate everyone as well. We hope to stay here again.」

「Nice house. Living room furniture is not comfortable if you spend any amount time in there. Definitely can't plan to have someone sleep on sofa - visual appeal only. Location was great/close to Sb fields for week long tournament. Front door lock needs to be fixed as very difficult to lock door, but overall a decent place.」

「The outside does not look very nice, but the inside does. The location was incredible. The bunkbeds however, did not work for us. They were way too noisy. You might want to bring coffee. We had to buy some because there was only a tiny amount there. There is no stove or oven FYI, that did not bother us at all other than that the kitchen is well stocked. 」

「Simple and easy check in. Extra secure entry and exit. Clean and stylish lobby area. Elevator and stairs were easy to access and operate. Beautiful, well decorated, spacious, and tidy apartment. 「The owners spent a ton of money remodeling the place and did a good job. We rented it for the holidays but the day before the cleaners noticed a problem and the owners had to call us to cancel our reservation. At first that sounds horrible, but it was not due to their neglect and had they allowed us to stay the result would have been less then great. I am thankful they sacrificed their income to make sure we did not experience a bad rental.」
