Bad front desk service

Front desk to check out awful and not friendly at all. Staid on line for 10-15 minutes waiting still did not get a answer an till I asked to checkout.

La habitación estaba impecable incluso decia que la habian desinfectado con ozono, pequeña , comoda y limpia .lo único que no me gusto es que no había agua caliente en la ducha, por lo demas ,excelente servicio incluso me dieron un vale para el desayuno que fue muy bueno.

En las habitaciones que dan a la carretera se escucha mucho el ruido de los autos, trata de pedir las de atras.

La propiedad bien, te cobran 100 más por un "bufet" y pesimo el servicio del restaurante, solo agregan arroz, chilaquiles y frijoles, nada más en el menu.

Buena opcion business class

Lugar, cómodo, limpio y en apariencia seguro, el café cortesía muy rico y el pan de la zona tambíen. Buscaba un lugar para pasar la noche con las caracteristicas mencionadas arriba y no hubo falla, el personal amable y general todo bien.

No se hacen responsables en nada de ru coche aun en manifestaciones y se dezlindan de todo y no tienes un lugar apartado para tu coche si sales y no hay lugar tu tienes que buscar donde dejarlo
