Spring Round up weekend

Ava’s Beach Cottage was the perfect home for our family during Spring Roundup weekend! It is close to all of the visitor attractions on Chincoteague and Assateague. The fenced in yard was perfect for our pooch too!

Cozy!

House is small and cozy. Gazebo and fenced in garden was a bonus. Being able to bring the pups with us made our stay perfect! Would definitely rent this again.

My dogs loved the fenced in back yard and screened in porch

It was our 1st trip to Chincoteague to see the wild ponies. The island was interesting with some amazing restaurants. And the park and ponies are definitely worth a visit.

Clean and cute

The property is small but very functional and comfortable. It was clean, welcoming and perfect for dogs. The yard is well fenced and maintained, with the walkway leading to the door fenced/gated. It was so nice to not rely on a leash. Great communication and great outdoor space. I would stay here again.

Perfect dog friendly beach home

Our stay this past week was wonderful. My husband, daughter (9) and I really enjoyed staying at Avas beachouse. It is an older home but has a lot to offer. There is a large covered gazebo in the backyard, which we used often to enjoy our meals outside. The backyard was also the perfect size too and fenced it for our dog. I would recommended this home to others. The neighbors are very nice nearby and the home is located on a quiet street. The house is also in close proximity to the main street and Maddox Blvd.
