"Great find, good rates. Owner very responsive Property clean.Located in Seaview so you don't have to compete with Longbeach heavy traffic. Easy walk to beach and restaurants. Only issue I had was with some drag racing on road adjacent. Not owners fault just straight road. I would definetly recommend and encourage others. "
