「The rooms are great. But the process to get there was awful.
I booked using Expedia 3 weeks out and chose the pay at check in option. Received a welcome letter via Expedia from the property and nothing else. Upon arrival, I was informed that they had cancelled my reservation 5 hours prior to my arrival and were fully booked.
After some unfortunate choice words, I was finally able to get a room.
The property itself is great, the parking is non existent.」
