"Beautiful hotel with great rooms and service."

"We booked for a group of 8 adults and a toddler for 3 nights. It was a nice change from tiny hotel rooms! Each floor has its own bathroom, kitchen, king bed, sofas, and Japanese style sleeping mats. Each floor also has a washer/dryer and projector screen. Very spacious! It was also very clean, including the outdoor spaces. Check in and check out were a breeze. The quiet location was great. "Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Baba Suite. The private steam room and the cold bath were not things we considered when we booked but they were excellent additions. The Baba suite balcony is huge and provides an urban Japanese feel as it looks out at the Big Box mall. The star of this hotel is the breakfast though. The make your own chirashi bowls was why I booked and it lived up to the hype. Location is super convenient being just across the street from the JR Yamanote and directly above...

"The facility is not manned by any staff most of the time. However, the check in is a breeze with the tablet at the front desk if you registered online ahead of your arrival. The room is compact with very practical layout. Our family of four had no problem navigating around each other during our 5 days stay."
