Die Lage ist großartig, und die Wohnung ist sehr groß, wirklich sehr schön und gut ausgestattet. Wir waren 7 Erwachsene, das war von den Betten her nicht ideal. Für 4 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder passt die Wohnung perfekt. Die Ausziehcouch ist für 2 Erwachsene nicht besonders gut geeignet und das Zusatz- Klappbett wirklich nur für ein kleines Kind geeignet.Aber sonst war alles perfekt. Besonders schön ist die Aussicht auf den Kanal und die netten Lokale entlang des Kanals. Die Wohnung ist sehr zu empfehlen, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Danke auch an Silvia!

Großes und stilvoll eingerichtetes Appartement in bester Innenstadtlage (direkt am Canal Vena). Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Im Appartement zahlreiche Bücher über die Stadt, außerdem aktuelle Informationen über Veranstaltungen (wie den Palio de „La Marceliana“) von der Gastgeberin. Chioggia ist eine wirklich schöne Stadt mit interessanten Museen und Kirchen sowie einer ausgezeichneten Gastronomie (besonders empfehlenswert: „El gato“, „Osteria No2“, „Lanterna Blu“). Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in Chioggia sehr genossen. Unsere Wohnung lag im Stadtzentrum von Chioggia. Alles war perfekt, von der Beschreibung der Wohnung, die Lage, Sauberkeit, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und nicht zu vergessen, der Kontakt zu unserer Gastgeberin. Silvia ist die perfekte Vermieterin, jederzeit ansprechbar, hilfsbereit und denkt an viele Dinge, die Urlaubende nicht auf dem „Schirm“ haben. Chioggia eignet sich hervorragend, die Umgebung zu erkunden. Wir waren in Ravenna, Ferrara, Padua, Verona und Venedig. Gerne denken wir an unseren Urlaub in der Region Norditaliens zurück und nahmen viele Eindrücke mit nachhause. Auf diesem Wege, nochmals liebe Grüße: Grazie di tute, Silvia

We loved our stay with Sylvia in Chioggia. The apartment is located right on the canal offering you easy access to any part of the old city. The apartment itself is spacious and views out of every window. Stores restaurants everything you need is within easy walking distance. Sylvia had many recommendations all of which were wonderful and was very engaging and pleasant. We couldn't have asked for a better apartment we're kinder host. If you're in the area for a week like we were visit the wonderful town of Ravenna Italy and of course Bologna Italy is only a couple of hours away. Five stars we highly recommend this apartment and Sylvia was just the best host …

Fantastisch appartement midden in prachtig stadje

We hebben 5 dagen genoten van chioggia, wat een leuk stadje met talrijke restaurantjes. We zijn naar Venetië geweest met de boot (watertaxi was achteraf sneller geweest en in ons geval net zo duur). Appartement ligt prachtig, top airco en hele lieve gastvrouw! Ik kan het appartement iedereen aanbevelen!

Excellent Stay

Apartment was kept very well. Exactly as described. About an hour away from Venice but public buses are available at walkable distance. Chiaggio is a nice town with lot of restaurants, coffee shops and gelato shops. Couple of super markets are within 5 minutes walk. We had a great stay.

From the beginning our host was kind and helpful. Always answered every question clearly. My Italian language skills are growing though. Excellent advice. Incredible location with the views. Canal view only the big apartment though. Perfetto.

Tolle Lage am Kanal

Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen. Die Wohnung ist geräumig an einer ruhigen Lage. Das Restaurant nebenan hat so um 10 Uhr zu gemacht. Die Klimaanlagen sind in beiden Schlafzimmern und im Wohnraum vorhanden, leise und wirkungsvoll. Die Küche ist gut eingerichtet. Wir haben in der Küche gefrühstückt. Silvia hat uns gut mit Kaffee versorgt. Alles ist in der Nähe einkaufen, genügend Restaurants, Hafen. Einziger Nachteil ist, dass das Auto ausserhalb der ZTL -Zone geparkt werden muss. Aber dies ist nur hinderlich, wenn man An- und Abreist (mit den Koffern). Das Internet ist sehr gut

Gorgeous apartment in the heart of beautiful Chioggia

We chose Silvia's apartment because the photos showed views over Chioggia's beautiful canal. When we got there, it was even more beautiful than the photos! The apartment is very spacious with everything you need, including washing machines, two bathrooms and very good air conditioning. This made it a perfect place to explore Chioggia and the surrounding region. Chioggia itself is gorgeous - a perfect 'little Venice' with all the shops, bars and restaurants you need, and a short walk or bike ride to the beach resort of Sottomarino. We were there during the Sagra de Pesce week-long festival in Chioggia, when the whole main street came alive every night with food stalls and free concerts, which was just amazing. It's also just 1.5hr on the ferry and bus into Venice, so perfect for day trips to the city or a tour to Murano/Burano (which we highly recommend). Silvia was a brilliant host, always great at communication and helping out. She also runs the Point Break restaurant/private beach in Sottomarino, which is perfect for a lazy day/evening by the sea. Overall, we absolutely loved Chioggia and Silvia's apartment. We'll definitely come back again soon!

Charming canal view in quaint town of Chioggia

What a great place to stay. The apartment is perfectly located on the canals in this lovely town. The kitchen is well stocked( a plus because we cooked most of our own meals), but there are a plethora of restaurants nearby if you prefer. The host was AMAZING. We missed our train connection and she waited up to pick us up at the bus stop. She helped arrange a taxi and gave us a couple of good recommendations of things to do. Cannot wait to visit again.

Stilvolle Wohnung in historischer Ambiente, perfekt für den Kombi-Urlaub Strand plus Kultur

Die stilvoll und renovierte Wohnung (1. OG) mit Fenster in drei Himmelsrichtungen liegt in einem historischen Pfarrhaus direkt am zentralen Kanal von Chioggia. Besonders in der frühen Morgensonne, wenn lokale Boote durch den Kanal fahren, und abends, wenn die Brücken beleuchtet sind, wird klar, weshalb man den Ort „Klein-Venedig“ nennt. Im Gegensatz zu Venedig ist das Leben aber nicht nur vom Tourismus geprägt. Am Kanal und in der parallel verlaufenden Hauptstraße gibt es neben den vielen attraktiven touristischen Lokale auch etliche kleine Läden. Sommerabends bevölkern Touristen zwar die verwinkelten Gassen der Altstadt am Kanal und in der Hauptstraße, aber morgens trifft man die lokale Bevölkerung, die in den kleinen Obstgeschäften, Bäckereien (die beste ist nur zwei Ecken weiter am Kanal) und Fischmarkständen (ebenfalls am Kanal) einkauft. Die Lage der Wohnung ist vor allem dann genial, wenn Strand- und Kultururlaub verbunden werden. Von Chioggia aus erreicht man neben Venedig auch schnell einige andere UNESCO Welterbe Städte (Padua, Ravenna, Verona). Die Ausflüge sollten als Tagestouren geplant werden, um die Sites, das Shopping und die Gastronomie zu genießen. Wir waren jeweils 2 Tage in Venedig (unser Highlight: Palazzo Contarini) und Padua (Highlight: Giotto Fresken in der Scrovegni Kapelle) und 1 Tag in Ravenna (Highlight: Basilica di San Vitale) und Verona (Highlight. Aida in der Arena). Der feinsandige Strand von Sottomarina ist nur 10 Fahrrad-Minuten von der Wohnung entfernt. Der kilometerlange Strand ist traumhaft und nicht so überlaufen und teuer wie in Rimini oder Jesolo. Es empfiehlt sich Liegen mit Sonnenschirm zu mieten, um einen bewachten Strandplatz sowie den Zugang zu Duschen und den Strandbars zu haben. Wir haben einen schönen Platz im eleganten Bagno („Point Break“) unserer Vermieterin Silvia zum Sonderpreis erhalten. Mittags gab es leckere Pizza und Pasta im Strandrestaurant und am späten Nachmittag den einen oder anderen Drink. Alles in superfreundlicher Atmosphäre bei erstaunlich günstigen Preisen. Herrlich! Slivia ist eine großartige Gastgeberin, sympathisch und authentisch. Sie hat uns mit ihren Connections sehr günstige Miet-Fahrräder für den täglichen Gebrauch und eine Miet-Vespa für einen Ausflug in das nahe Naturschutzgebiet des Po Deltas vermittelt. 100%ig Empfehlung: verbindet hochwertige Wohnung in ästhetischer Wohnlage mit Kulturtourismus und Stranderholung (auch für Frühjahrs- oder Herbstspaziergängen).

Nous avons passé 10 jours à quatre (parents avec deux enfants) dans l’appartement de Silvia. Celui-ci est confortable, calme et très bien situé au bord du canal principal de Chioggia. La ville est très charmante, sans snobisme. La plage de Pellestrina (la plus belle dans la région est à 20 min en bateau et Venise à 1h45. Un immense merci à Silvia pour son hospitalité.
