We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and were extremely happy with our experience. The staff was exceptionally friendly, warm, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. Their genuine hospitality made us feel very comfortable and well taken care of. I would also like to extend a special thank you for the wonderful hospitality shown to my little dog. It was very reassuring and lovely to see how warmly and kindly they welcomed both of us. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable. We would be very happy to return!

Awesome experience! Staff was the best!!! Great pool experience. I had my private access to the pool from the room- amazing! Clean, luxurious! The only down thing was not being able to use 20% dinner as I forgot to mention it at dinner and it was too late next day/or the staff did not know how to apply it. Michael was amazing host at dinner! Also the spa and massage was really special! Great experience overall! Close to the port too, it was 8 euro and 5 min ride. Recommended!

If I could give six stars I would. What a fantastic retreat to relax and enjoy. The amenities were amazing, and the staff offered unparalleled service with smiles and hospitality. The best hotel in Chios hands down and what a special gift to the island. Anytime we’re in Chios, this is the place will be. We highly recommend!

We come to Chios very often and this is about our fourth stay at this hotel. It's an incredibly high-quality hotel, perfect for Chios. Lately, we always choose this hotel whenever we come. The staff is excellent, the service is friendly, and in my opinion, it's perfect. Chios should appreciate the value of this hotel.

Great property in a great location - only 4 mins from the airport via car and a 10 minute walk into town center. Excellent food as well, the breakfast which was included in the stay was top tier. Staff are extremely friendly, however at times they appear to be understaffed with an inability to adjust (i.e. 2 workers at the pool bar for a crowd of 40 people and 4 employees standing in the lobby working the front desk for occasional guests that come in). Took an hour to get a sandwich and glass of wine. When the sandwich came out, it was cold as if it was sitting there for a while. Not what you would expect from 5 star resorts

Staff was very helpful and responsive to all requests for assistance, information, or services. Swim up room was large, immaculate, and very quiet. Facilities were brand new and superb. Breakfast had a wide variety of well-cooked/baked, fresh, and delicious options. Ordering from menu was available. Bars, room service food, waitstaff, etc. were all prompt, with exceptional attention to detail.
