“Unser Aufenthalt im Casa Cook Samos war insgesamt schön, dennoch gibt es aus unserer Sicht einige Punkte mit Verbesserungspotenzial. Positiv hervorzuheben sind das leckere Frühstück mit frischem Obst, frisch zubereitetem Omelette und vielen weiteren Köstlichkeiten sowie der schöne Strandabschnitt. Das Wasser war sehr sauber und klar. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns auch der schwimmende Steg. Leider war die Sauberkeit enttäuschend. Im Zimmer wurde zwar gewischt, trotzdem blieben Schmutz und……

“Hi, This hotel has an excellent location with views out over the ocean. However those with mobility issues should be aware there are about 60 steps up to the property. My daughter and I stayed for three nights. For the price it's good, however the rooms are basic and small as are the single beds. If you want a bit more comfort you might want to sacrifice the view for a larger room, especially if travelling with others.”

“This would be THE Aegean’s best resort if it only had a beach. The “beach” is not Swimmable. Rough, large rocks everywhere. Miserable. Salt water pool is not a substitute and it’s overcrowded, even in late August. There was a mixup between ordering at the “snack bar” vs at “restaurant”. Both share one open kitchen. Pretty idiotic ordering policy. I did not spend a single dime at the restaurant & snack bar after that. Staff were remarkably friendly, smiling, well trained and responsive. ……

“When we came into sign in the proprietor was having a bad day and was chain-smoking and we are all allergic to cigarette smoke so that made it a little uncomfortable and when we tried to get the Internet to work, it took a while before the main person that did the Internet was to report in for work and he said he was going to fix it at night, which didn’t happen and then at 9 o’clock in the evening he finally started drilling on the last day that we were there to get the Internet in a better……

“We had a lovely time at this hotel with the kids. The kids pool is perfect to let adults rest on the side but keep a close eye on them. Rooms are basic but clean. The lift needs an upgrade as it is like entering a prison and the wardrobes of Narnia at the same time! Great coffee's from the pool car.”
