bonjour aux futurs vacanciers appartement conforme aux photos,très bon marché et calme. très bien placé,proche de la mer ,parking gratuit au bout de la rue. Chipiona est une station balnéaire agréable,nous avons passé un bon séjour antonio

Bien ubicada pero con cosas a mejorar.
La ubicación de la casa es inmejorable, realmente a 5 minutos de la playa y paseo marítimo. Está ubicada en un patio interior que se comparte con más vecinos. La casa es tal cual sale en las fotos. Pequeña pero suficiente para unas vacaciones. El mobiliario (como las sillas) no es lo más cómodo ni moderno aunque cumpla su función. A mejorar como indispensable sería la ducha que pierde agua y no coge suficiente temperatura caliente así como el tema de cortinas opacas (ya que no hay persianas en todas las ventanas y los vecinos te ven en todo momento además de entrar la luz por la mañana). Al estar en el centro es un poco complicado aparcar ( sobretodo en agosto). En nuestra estancia concretamente tuvimos un problema, se lo comunicamos al propietario y se resolvió rapidamente para que tuviésemos una buena estancia. Nos faltó un ventilador en la casa con el que poder sofocar el calor que hizo esa semana. Conclusión: buena ubicación, propietario agradable así que fue buena estancia en general. Con las pequeñas cosas a mejorar puede ser un apartamento de 10.

Pasamos un fin de semana en la casa y todo perfecto. La casa cuenta con todos los detalles y útiles necesarios, además está en el centro y al lado de la playa, restaurantes y tiendas. El dueño es muy agradable y detallista. Sin duda repetiremos.
