Chippawa Hotel with Pool

"Elevators took an unusually long time every day, which made getting around frustrating. The pedestrian bridge to the falls from the back of the property was closed for the entire stay, which was a big inconvenience. I originally booked when it was Embassy Suites, but it has since transitioned to Hyatt and there was quite a bit of construction going on that impacted the overall experience. Breakfast was underwhelming compared to past stays, with very limited portions and options. On top of that, the additional fees felt excessive. I understand HST is required, but the other charges seemed more like add-ons rather than value, and parking was especially expensive. On the positive side, the room itself was clean, modern, and had a usable fridge. The view was still great, and the housekeeping staff were friendly and pleasant. Overall, this stay didn’t meet expectations based on my previous visits, which is disappointing. I would hope management takes this feedback seriously and considers making it right."

"The view was amazing which is the main reason we booked this hotel. The room itself was OK. TV was tiny. Had to unplug something to recharge our phones. Everything in the hotel could use an update or minor repair. There were some short curly hairs in the shower... $60 a day for parking on site. There is a parking lot beside the hotel parking for $15 a day so save your money."

"Clean, updated rooms and a comfortable stay overall. I really appreciated the laundry facilities on-site—it’s a great convenience, especially for longer stays. The location was also a big plus, with plenty within walking distance. The only downside was the pool being under maintenance during my visit, so I didn’t get to use it. Otherwise, everything was great and I’d definitely stay again."
