“We had a wonderful experience at Lil'Kickback! Our stay at this delightful cabin on Elk Creek was in the end of October, 2025 and part of our 40th anniversary celebration. Travelling along the Great River Road from southern Wisconsin, Eau Claire was to be a layover spot as we had planned to take a day trip to the northern tip of the state and visit some waterfalls. Jolene is a superb host! Her communication with us was wonderful. While we were in route, she reached out to check on our arrival……

“We stayed at this lovely home for three nights for a family event nearby. The house is as described and has everything you need for a quiet stay in the woods. “The CoDax was a beautiful home with wonderful view of the snowy Chippewa River. The home was large enough for 8 adults and 3 teenagers. Plenty of space to spread out with the heated garage/game room and 2 areas with TVs inside as well. The home was a bit tricky to get to with the snow covered roads, but turn at the CoDax sign by the driveway and it'll take you right to it. The owners were wonderful and were just a message away if we needed anything. ”
