「It's a great place to stay in the charming town of Chipping Campden. Centrally located on the high street; with parking in the back (not accessible from the high street). The staff were great and the breakfast was wonderful. We stayed in Room 5, which is quite spacious (though on the top level; all stairs). They have some newer "cottages" that look to be accessible for folks who don't want stairs. Some minor negatives: 1) the tea room closes at 5:30 cutting off direct access to the high street;...

Location was convenient and free street parking was easy to find. Cons: Bed was extremely hard and lumpy. Pillows were flat. Neither of us slept well. 「Lovely Village location, and quaint accommodation. I stayed in one of the rooms round the corner from the pub. It was a ground floor room with large bathroom. Things to note: No contact details in the room for reception / pub staff (same thing) No Wi-Fi details - had to go to pub and wait until the barman was free to ask. Only just enough toilet roll for one night for one person (not going to the pub to ask out loud) No plugs near the kettle so had to plug it in on the floor by the door. Food...

「Great stay in a lovely hotel. The owner was charming, friendly and fun and gave an excellent display of first class customer service. The food in the restaurant was excellent. We left too early for breakfast so they made up packed breakfasts for us too. Some of the alcoholic drinks in the mini bar are free too! Bed was comfortable and the facilities were clean, tidy, modern and well kept. Parking right outside too.」
