「The apartment was a nice size one bedroom with all the amenities advertised...The apartment was very clean & well kept...The staff was friendly & helpful in suggesting & setting up tours, restaurants etc...I would definitely recommend Old Town Quito Suites Apartment & would definitely stay there again.」

「This is an excellent authentic Quito apartment. Offering plenty of space including kitchen it is well located for a stay in Quito. The rooms are clean and its charm really is its traditional feel. However what adds to the excellence is the attention to detail of the Moreno family - they are brilliant. 「We loved our stay at the treehouse! Such a neat place. Literally has trees growing through it. Slightly challenging to find, but Filipe was so wonderful with getting us there and really gave us so much extra help! What a kind and super helpful host. Only challenge we found is that the beds in the loft were up a ladder (not stairs) and anyone with physical challenges would not be able to do this. The bathroom and shower are very small. 「This is a fantastic property located about two blocks from Plaza San Francisco in the old town. The property is expansive, definitely room for 14 people with excellent furnishings, exceptional art and a very attentive staff attending to all our needs. We were ten including three teenagers and every one of us was thrilled to be here. This has to be the best property in Quito and thank you very much for opening up your personal residence for our benefit.」

「The host was superb. Responded promptly to ever concern and request for information even unrelated to the lodging. She was like a personal concierage. Her on site manager was super helpful and friendly. I could not recommend this place more. The unit was clean and spacious and well located in the historic district.」
