This light and bright beach house over three luxurious levels is located just moments from Chiton Surf club and the beach walk through to Port Elliot.
Bring the family and enjoy being able to arrive, unpack the wine and head straight outside to relax while watching the kids play in the fully fenced yard.

All bed linen and bathroom towels and kitchen tea towels are included as are essentials such as coffee pods for the Nespresso machine and soaps for the bathroom.

Bath ( body towels ) can be included also for an additional cost of $30 total for all guests or you can opt to bring your own.

Strictly no pets and no smoking.

This is the ultimate modern beach home designed for families.
The lower level consists of a bunk room , sofa bed, living space, bathroom and kitchenette. It’s really the kids/teenage domain where they can hang out in their own space with ease of access to the back yard.

The second floor houses two Queen bedrooms and a shared bathroom while third floor enjoys gorgeous vistas across to the hills from the lounge room as well as ocean glimpses from the main kitchen area.

We live around the corner if needed and the whole property is yours to enjoy.

There is a laundry in the house with washer and dryer but it’s not pictured.
There are a number of stairs as the house is three storeys and there is no stair gate so if you have little ones, while they are welcome, please keep an eye on them around the stairs.

Important note: A security bond will be required for your stay. The bond will be refunded in full within 7 days of checkout, subject to the property being left in good condition.

PLEASE NOTE: This is a quiet building, perfect to relax and enjoy, so please no loud noise & no parties. Quiet Hours are between: 11PM and 8AM. We are in constant contact with the surrounding neighbours who will let us know if there is any disturbances.

NO SMOKING: Strictly NO smoking inside, on the balcony or in any outside areas.

PENALTIES: If any damage is caused, smoking takes place or there is evidence of a party there may a financial penalty plus we will request the repair costs plus the extra cleaning costs. If a guest coming in needs to be moved to another property due to the damage or smell of smoke still being present, we will also request the cost of that nights stay. Please respect these rules.
