"I was struggling with my bags when i checked in. No one asked if i needed assistance. I was pointed to the elevators to find my own room. Carpenting in the hallway and rooms old and stained. Would not rate this a 4 star hotel "

"The hotel is so quiet and beautiful. Had a great view of mt Fuji from our room, the room was modern style Japanese it was spacious and luxurious. Right next to fujinomiya station as well as taxi service. Staff were very helpful with luggage services. They offered breakfast, wake up calls, and even had activity guides at the front desk."

"I had an overall good stay at this hotel and appreciated the range of amenities provided, especially the variety of tea options available. Clean towels were also supplied daily. The hotel is within a short distance to Shizuoka station, with some great places within walking distance nearby. Breakfast on the first morning was a little disappointing, as many items had already run out and the selection was limited. However, the following two mornings were much better, with a wider range of options still available - some which were delicious! The main reason I would rate this hotel 4 out of 5 rather than 5 is due to the smell in my room. Unfortunately, there was a noticeable drain odour, which made the room less pleasant than expected. Aside from that issue, I had a positive experience overall."
