“I stayed in this hotel 5 years ago, it was very nice and clean, that’s the reason I choose this hotel again. But this time my stay were not good, firstly the room is not clean, especially the bed. Secondly the smell of the room is bad, the sofa is stinking. Thirdly, the stuff are not nice and polite. Fourthly, the bathroom hot water is not stable, when you take shower, the water sometimes very hot and suddenly become very cold. I don’t think I’ll choose this hotel again. ”

“J’ai séjourné une nuit dans cet hôtel et, dans l’ensemble, j’ai eu une bonne expérience. Son principal atout est son excellent emplacement, en plein centre-ville de Casablanca. De nombreux restaurants, cafés et commerces sont accessibles à pied, ce qui permet de profiter du quartier sans avoir besoin d’une voiture. J’ai également beaucoup apprécié le service de voiturier, qui est gratuit. Le personnel est courtois et ce service ajoute une réelle valeur au séjour. Cela dit, je m’attendais à un……
