Las habitaciones no cuentan con control de temperatura, y la única forma de refrescar la habitación es abriendo la puerta del balcón que da hacia la avenida, lo cual no es factible para dormir y hay mucho tráfico y ruido durante el día. El desayuno está bien pero podría tener más variedad y tener opciones más frescas y saludables. Considerando que es en Colombia, el café podría ser muchísimo mejor.」

「My experience at this hotel was disappointing, and unfortunately, I would not choose to stay here again. The hotel provides only two towels for two guests, and these must also be used at the pool, as no additional towels are available there. When I requested clean towels, I was initially told they would be replaced the following day; however, I was later informed that towel changes are only offered for stays of seven days or longer.」

「We rented a flat for 3 with a view of El Virrey Park. The space was ample with 2 full bathrooms, a kitchenette, flat screen television and a balcony.Breakfast is included and pretty good. The only issue at times is they display dishes with meats on the same trays as vegetarian options and due to allergies there were things we couldn’t access. Service is excellent. Everyone we encountered was helpful and courteous. The property has a nice pool and small gym that each room has access for one hour...
