地方清靜，酒店出車只有兩班車出去太少，應加多一班晚上比較好，第四天早上訂了自助餐，但不夠人數取消了，沒通知···第六天房門鎖壞了，要1小時多才修理好 ，最滿意係房露台，整體感覺還可以

A nice place to stay and relax with your family
A nice place to stay and relax for a group of people if you like a quiet environment. The hotel is located near Bangtao Beach. The beach was not suitable for swimming because the waves were too strong at that time. Staffs working there are warm welcome; and they always have a smiling face. My family and I were living at a two bedrooms residence which was spacious (176 metre square) and neat. The swimming pool is wonderful! It is open 24 hours. The quality of the breakfast is above average; however, the quantities of food choices can be improved. I recommend you should have your own car when you plan to visit there because there is nothing much near the hotel. We have a good time here!

因酒店的規模比較細, 形成了它的優點與缺點. 因人流不多, 大部份設施或用餐不用等候, 但同時導致選擇不多, 比較單調. 員工提供高質服務, 對意見亦快速回應. 餐廳只有一間, 食物沒有網上評價那麼高, 但仍算中等. 雖然已分開泰色及國際特色美食兩本menu, 但其實提供的種類卻很少. 原本十分期待的燒烤自作餐, 最後卻失望而回. 房間十分寬敞舒適, 私人泳池亦天天有人整理落葉, 客房部門十分出色.

Unfortunately, because the waves are too big, you won't be able to swim at the beach. And most employees don't speak too well and don't understand English, so you need to use more body language to communicate with them. And it's far away from Patong which is expected. Overall this hotel is comfortable and relaxing.

酒店房间很大很好，海滩也可以，离超市10分钟开车，一天两次免费车，适合泡酒店的客人，房间可以自己做饭，厨房大而且干净，是很不错的酒店，早餐还可以有提升空间，回再去的一家酒店。

love the greeting upon arrival and the reminder of how much we've spent in the hotel at that point of time. it's a pity that we didn't stay long enough to enjoy the barbecue dinner by the pool.

漂亮豪華的度假村
一走進這間飯店就完全被它的美麗所吸引，我們訂的是三間臥室的標準客房，每間房間都很漂亮，早餐也很好吃，戶外泳池是24小時的，晚上也可以去玩水。但切記要跟司機確認是班陶海灘的Moevenpick Resort，因為還有另外一間是在卡倫海灘，我們有一次就被務送到卡倫海灘的Moevenpick Resort，飯店人員幫我們叫車回班陶，花了1600泰銖!

我們一行六人入住了頂層的3 bedroom，酒店環境清幽，照片跟實景一樣漂亮，房間客廳十分寬敞，設施齊全，負責接待我們的女外藉Customer Relations Manager服務很好，各員工都很友善，感謝他們的招待。入住時段為淡季，人流較少，沒有嘈雜的旅行團，非常舒適！酒店泳池很好，出門隔一小馬路，就是沙灘很方便！ 早餐方面較遜色，種類不夠豐富。 酒店離市區較遠，建議自駕遊，駕車出芭東大約45分鐘，沿途也有小商店。

We loved this resort! Our room was amazing. If you can splurg for the room with the private pool, get it!! It is so worth it to be able to take a swim at 3am, and you never leave your room. We had a room with two bedrooms, and it was huge. The place is uniquely designed and very nice. The staff is amazingly. Yean took care of us almost every day. He was excellent. The beach was a short walk away. I would recommend this resort to everyone. It is a little secluded. So you will have to take a taxi when you need to do things outside of the resort. But the staff makes that easy for you also. They get you a car really quickly. I have nothing bad to say about this resort. Our stay was amazing!!

Worst stay in last 10 years and I have done 100's
This hotel could have been great but deficient management made our stay horrible: When we arrived in pour suite with pool the pool was dirty. There is no coffee machine in the room, no electric plugs by the bedstand, the AC is malfunctioning... We had to ask 3 times for someone to open the door of the restroom that someone had locked. Even the welcome fruits were rotten. The food is a disaster: Shrimps for our lunch smelled and tasted bad, chicken was frozen. They make you pay the breakfast if you order it room service, EVEN IF INCLUDED. Anyway Breakfast buffet is very limited, bread and pastries are either soagy or dry, the butter is not butter but bad cream cheese,natural yogurt is not natural but heavy with sugar (what a joke for a swiss chain...). And you dont get OJ if you come after 9.30. Traveller you should pass your way. Mr Movenpick you should audit this property

Das Mövenpick Beach Resort, ist super für Familien. Nicht zu gross und trotzdem hat man eine gute Privatsphäre. Am Strand gelegen mit diversen Restaurants in walking distance. Hilfsbereites Personal, großer Pool und Familiensuiten mit Privatpool.

We got the room with a private pool. It was a lovely room & the location was perfect! The hotel will provide a ride in a golf cart to the Laguna Golf Course, which is only a quick ride. The beach is sooo close! Be sure to grab sundowners at the beach restaurant Club 22. So nice to have your feet in the sand w/a drink watching the sunset and be so close to our room as well. The staff were so friendly and quick! Pang at the front desk gave us great tips of where to go and we enjoyed each place. We will definitely stay here again!!

Quiet location, great for families. We stayed in 2 bedroom accomodation that was really spacious, with view for both sunrise n sunsets. The beds were cosy, and the apartment was tastefully decorated and resourced. Obviously due to low season less staff on the ground, but those who were there, were very helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was good. The access to beach very easy.

es sollte ein Strandurlaub werden, aber leider war das Hotel nicht wie beschrieben direkt am Strand sondern es war eine Straße dazwischen, zwar kaum befahren aber halt nicht direkt am Strand Anlage sehr schön, leider waren durch Corona kaum Leute im Hotel und auch weniger Personal durch Corona gab es auch kaum öffentliche Verkehrsmittel, daher ist das Hotel z.Z. nur für Gäste mit fahrbarem Untersatz zu empfehlen

働いている従業員の方々の対応はとても親切で好感が持てましたが、施設自体が工事中であったりレストランがいつも真っ暗で食事をお願いした時だけ席を用意する状態。浜辺は掃除が行き届いておらず瓦礫が散乱していました。浜辺はホテルだけの問題ではありませんが、ホテルサービスについては宿泊者が少なくとも通常と同様の提供がなされるべきだと思います。 このビーチは汚かった為レンタカーを借りて毎日別のビーチで海水浴を行っていました。 次回からは間違いなく事ビーチ以外にする事になると思います。

Nous avons eu une chambre très simple vue sur les toits au dessus du restaurant, mobilier vieillot en contraste avec les extérieurs l'hôtel. Ne correspond pas au prix payé. Accès à la chambre par le restaurant, l'hôtel n'était pas plein. Membre gold, pas de surclassement, ni de départ différé. À quoi sert la carte gold. Accueil ultra rapide avec un demi verre de the, mais personnel très aimable.
Chambre au dessus du restaurant. Terrasse peu engageante.
