The correct villa to enjoy your holiday
This is the second times I have been there, the staff are helpful and nice. The only one disappointed is the interval between 3 room villa and four room villa, 3 room is much much better than 4 room villa, 3 room villa have the indenpendant bath room, and 4 room villa need to share, only master room has a indenpendant bath room.

there are few spa and restaurants near laguna area, so u don't have to worry there is no choice around. They have the most famous private beach for laguna residence.Their service is excellent. They even maintain their service for u even after we check out. We could stay and use their facilities before our late night flight. we were very grateful for their service and we all enjoyed our stay. We will surely come back next time1

Beautiful beach and spacious room, nice facility.
Great experience, spacious room, most facility are at the asagna's Phuket which you need to take a shuttle to get there, but if you are going with your extended family, the villa would be a good choice. Kids are happy with having swimming pool attached to the villa, the playroom is not a huge one but it's right next to the restaurant, if you have kids you will know how helpful that can be for you to start your day. Breakfast time = freedom time. Staffs are helpful in general. Will go again for sure.

It is overall a professional and well managed resort with wonderful team of staff. In the lagoon, it is amazing not to having lots of mosquito bites but one drawback is that there are fleas in one of the rooms which made my daughter's face swell by its bites.

酒店職員十分願意為我們介紹當地附近的景點和交通；雖交通不太方便，但有穿梭巴士接載住客往渡假區內沙灘、購物區，也有其他接駁巴士往返附近市集（當然由巴士站到市集，需步行約20分鐘，如欲前往渡假區外的旅遊景點，則需要電召的士）。 早餐一流，環境寧靜，多外國遊客入住，入夜不宜太嘈吵（應該10PM-7AM有嘈音管制）。

酒店環境休閒清靜，服務態度一流，有禮貌，能做到以顧客為本。如果沒有車輛的話，會很不方便。雖然渡假村內有專巴去渡假村每一個地方，但如果想出渡假村外的地方只會送到出口，還需走多15-20分鐘路程去大馬路。總體來說都很好。

我第一晚入去住的時間 我在燒烤 突然間係地下層天花漏水 影響到我們燒烤便找他們來處理，維修人員來到處理沒有說什麼事，突然又走了沒有說是否處理好，其後隔了一小時左右又漏水，漏到天光，早上便再找接待處叫他來處理，他說要5小時才可以處理冷氣漏水，要重新把所有行李搬到另一間房

I drop one mobile in a taxi when we go to villa. nice staff takes me to go to police station and to do some transactions,and big help. After three day i take some information to look for mobile.It is very surprise, i can find it in patong!!!

愉快的住宿經驗， 我們是住三房的泳池別墅，十分寬敞，也非常舒適整潔，廚具很完整，方便烹煮食物，泳池也很方便使用。惟一美中不足的是離市區及鬧區較遠，必需租車外出，但飯店人員總是能提供適時的資訊及協助，也可以感受飯店對客人的熱情，下次會考慮再入住！

非常舒适的别墅酒店
我们入住的自带泳池的三卧室别墅，非常适合一家人度假使用。别墅内各项配置比较齐全，有洗衣机、晾衣架，方便换洗穿了一天的脏衣服。厨房里厨具、餐具、微波炉、冰箱、烧水壶齐全，可以自己煮食，我们在附近超市及传统市场买了新鲜的菜和海鲜，自己做饭吃得很舒服，厨房还专门设了空调，煮饭的时候不至于很热，值得称赞。全家都很喜欢自带的小泳池，每天要游好几次。只是别墅区里闹市区比较远，如果没有车的话，出行还是会很不方便。如果不打算租车的话，也建议租个摩托车方便出行。总之，全家人都很喜欢这里，有机会还会再来。

We lived in a 3-bedrooms villa for 3 nights, impression is just fair. Areas for improvement: 1) Insufficient signages for drivers to the resort; 2) Private pool and TV are small; 3) Interior decoration was old fashion and required regular maintenance; 4) So many insects. Feel good: 1) Very nice staff, very helpful; 2) Check-in and out, order in-villa BBQ, efficient !

我們大伙兒4個家庭住在這裡4房間很開心!小朋友看見這卓越的泳池,讚不絕口,第一天已跳進水裡不願離開,不知是否泳池邊可能大鋒利,相繼有小朋友磨擦了表皮;然而,每天早上望向外出,藍天白雲,遠處湖泮,近處泳池,真是人間天堂!我們住了7天,每天都很享受,尤其能一大家人在倘大的客廳玩樂,有時又可在外面曬太陽和暢泳,真是寫意! 唯一美中不足的是,有部分清潔員工早上清潔時有點馬夫,一邊清潔一邊打電話!若她們態度再認真些和嚴謹些,相信更值得嘉許!另外,我們當中有一老人家生日,服務員工很細心為我們送上驚喜蛋糕,真是服務一流!總結這次用了一年時間去訂這房間,絕對沒有選擇錯誤,是明智之舉!

第一天就被帶到黑店
第一天被載到整條都是同名店舖的街，而且所有東西的價格都高於泰國的一般商舖。司機對我們説，若我們不在他們的餐廳消費，就不載我們回度假村，即強迫消費。另外，該度假村的電腦系統非常有問題，有關住客check in 和check out的紀錄都沒有完整紀錄，因此多收了我們extra fees。 其他方面尚算不錯，房間整潔，景觀優美。

其實間VILLA就好似外國電影的獨立屋一樣。租車的位絕對推介，其實整個區基本都是這些不同品牌的VILLA，任君選擇。雖然一班FD煮飯仔，泳池吹水，但要注意聲浪不要過高，因為隔離屋可能人地已經買左黎住！所以要顧及他人。雖然地點遠了點，但有專車送去附近海灘。

這次入住這個度假村, 真的很有度假感覺, 租住的是3房2廳連私家游泳池, 一家人在這裡度假聚天倫樂很開心, 酒店保養得很干淨, 又沒有旅行團的那種嘈雜, 下次會再來!

岛上唯一有四个房间的别墅，带小朋友家庭出游不错，就是离购物和中心区远
我们入住的时候拥有四个房间的别墅里面有私家泳池，小朋友玩得很爽，别墅挺新的，有厨房，可以自己做饭，有烤炉，微波炉，洗衣机，洗碗机，基本上家里有的东西他都有。也是岛上唯一拥有四房间的别墅。缺点是：离购物区中心区远，需要40分钟车程。酒店附近有家地道的泰国菜餐厅出品不错。
