Cool hotel
The hotel is good, the staffs are very helpful and kindly. However, the outdoor area have many insect. But overall is great.

住在三間房加私人泳池的房間，能按自己喜歡的時間游泳很好！ 可是某位工作員不是太友善，要求用泰文與當地司機溝通並沒有提供協助。 但其餘的工作員非常友善和親切！

離海灘有點距離，類似服務式住宅，早餐相當簡潔但求溫飽，車房出口相當陡峭，很容易刮花車底，服務人員熱情，附近雖有餐廳但水準不高，房間寬堂

地點比較遠離市中心，有一種舒適的感覺，我們一家人去，選三房間一大廳一廚房連私人泳池，各自也有私人空間也可以一起玩樂，員工也很有笑容，不過早餐食物選擇較小，整體也不錯.

不錯.可惜冷氣會漏水.周邊有7-11很方便.房前的泳池很近.但可惜第一道門沒有鎖.第2道門沒有窗簾遮蔽.隱私不夠.

1. 熱水時冷時熱， 非常不穩定 The hot water is very unstable 2.位置不算非常偏僻， 但斜路是我開車十年來最斜的斜路， 停車場出入口更雙邊超斜，非常危險， 新手勿試 The location is not very far away, however, the road in the hotel is very very oblique, it is too danger for new driver 3.由睡拖到餐廳的餐墊都非常污糟 very dirty with the slipper and placemat 4.早餐是我到外國旅行所有有國家最少食物選擇的地方 The worst breakfast on my traveling life 5.房内泳池在樓邊， 非常危險，小朋友很容易發生意外 The private pool was very danger because no fence beside the swimming pool

很糟糕的酒店
非常糟糕的一次住宿。首先酒店设施很陈旧，泳池不干净，浴室的地砖是破的。其次，洗澡水基本是冷的，偶尔来一阵热水，几乎洗的是冷水澡，我的宝宝2岁，第二天就感冒了。酒店的餐厅很简陋，叉子没洗干净，早餐也很差，吐司不新鲜，西瓜吃到坏的。最不可思议的是，在我们入住的当天下午，居然停水了，而且只有我们一个房间停水，从来没遇到过这种事情。酒店离海滩很远，而且在一座很陡的山上，出行不便。总之，下次再去的话，一定不会再住了。

酒店員工服務態度很好，房間非常正，我們入住的三房帶私家泳池房，每間客房都有私人廁所，客廳連廚房超大，私人泳池就在房間出面，非常適合一班朋友度假。

It was an unsatisfied trip
1). It was not clear point out on the web site that the hotel is located on steep slope. I was travelling with my parents and two kids, they can't walk on the steep slope. It was limited our convenience for mobility. 2). I booked a huge 3 rooms apartment with swimming pool build in. When we arrived, the swimming pool water is not clean, the color is green, some rooms contents sewer smell and others hairs, the mirrors and glasses got stains and finger prints. House keeper repeatedly forget trash or washroom supplements.

酒店環境優美，清靜，寬敝
因為包了司機接送，所以直接到達酒店門口，但是晚上酒店入口招牌顯得很細小，的士司機可能看不見要花心機留意。今次分別住了兩個房間，Cozy Grande 及 Luxury Pool Suite，兩間都很大很舒適，也很清潔乾淨。酒店服務不錯，唯食物較一般，Buffet Breakfast 款式很少，Room Service 也是，但味道還可以。房間安靜，空氣清新（因在山上）。酒店一日有兩班 Shuttle bus 到 Surin Beach。以此價錢來說值得入住，因酒店真的十分漂亮！

正如標題所言，已經入住了很多次的了，有酒店開張一個月便入住，直到現在每年最少住一次的，所以非常熟悉。因為我是自駕的，所以不想太接近市中心，而選擇較偏遠的位置，較清靜。而酒店本身非常開揚，可以望見海及山景，感覺非常舒服，而且酒店質素也不錯，提供的所有浴室用品齊全。不論是最小型的客房或是一層半的複式，都非常非常闊大、清潔。但可能因為日子久了，所以冷氣存在滴水問題，但只要通知前台,很快便派人維修，很快解決。我還會繼續再租用這間酒店的，實在太喜歡了！

Quarter Resort, a very relaxing resort
1. Great value, only less than USD200 a night, you'll get a 2-storey apartment with a huge living room and two bedrooms. 2. A quiet place cos there are only around 15 apartments in total. 3. Free shuttle to and from beaches and downtown, free carpark for guests. 4. Since it's a boutique-like resort, obviously the Quarter is extremely lack of staff, although I was the only guest checking in, it took me 45 mins before I got the key from the front desk. 5. Furniture conditions poor, lots of stains on the sofa and bed-sheet.

Spacious room with nice staff
Stayed in cozy deluxe for 2 nights. The room is spacious with nice deco - really liked it. Found some stains on the sofa but it's acceptable. I liked the shower in the room which is strong and hot enough. Jacuzzi in the room is not very good as hot water is not avaialble. DVDs are available for renting - really good for relaxing in the room. Reception staff is nice and helpful. The shared pool is not very big but not crowded. I ordered room service on the 2nd night. Surprisingly inexpensive although food quality is just okay. In-room massage service is avaialble as well and the price is reasonable for a hotel. It is around 10-minute walk from Surin beach area with plenty of restaurants and massage. But the steep slope at the hotel entrace makes hanging out more difficult.. Overall this hotel is nice and good for a relaxing holiday. Would definitely recommend to my friends.

泳池虽然不大，但是在半山腰，所以视野不错，房间比想象中大很多，空调也很给力。

雖然地方比較格涉, 係山上面, 不過我地自己book車其實都冇咩影響. 酒店staff 服務一流, 溝通到, 同面帶非常親切既笑容!日日外出 & 返酒店都好warm!房間環境好舒服, 我們一行4人住cozy grande, 間房有兩層, 望泳池景, 出露台有個jacuzzi, 能夠容納到兩個人不過實在有點dirty, 嚴格d黎講果個只係一個水池, 所以有d失望同冇浸到. 房間好大, 好整潔, 洗手間都令人好滿意, 餐廳早餐buffet都唔錯, 算係多選擇, 住左4晚, 早餐都有d會轉款, 唔會食來食去都係果d.我地日日出去之後都有人清潔, 乾乾淨淨的~~我地有人過生日, 酒店送左個birthday cake同一紮花.有d失望既係個泳池比較細, 不過勉強都游到水, 行去surin beach 要15mins, 不過surin beach 冇想像中咁靚. 要recommend 既係一定要自己book車, 因為真的不太方便! we will definately come back again!!!e個價錢, 簡直係物超所值呀!!!建議大家一定要去!!!!

I liked the private jacuzzi I had, 2 things I did not like 1-not hot water on the jacuzzi but the water temperature was ok, 2- is a little far from beach. If you are planning tours with hotel pick-up this hotel may be a good choice, staff is great and premises were very clean during my stay.

Comfortable resort
It is a very nice resort, but little far from city ,and also up on the hill . If you want to breach . Have to walk down to a steep road for 5 to 10 minutes.

The most disgusting and creepy hotel imaginable.
Location: walking distance from Surin Beach, but 30 mins drive to Patong Beach and international airport. One day will be sufficient to explore everything around the resort. 24hrs 711 and few good restaurants are nearby. Resort: There no other activities within the resort. Games room and business centre are not operational. Staff/Service/cleanliness: Staff is friendly and basic communication in English is possible. Air conditioner was not working in one room and never fixed even after several complaints. In several areas water was continuously dripping from roof. You can expect all types of crawling insects in your accommodation, specially near the pool area and kitchen. Bad odour in all rooms and washrooms. Cleaning staff was not professional and leaving most areas dirty every time. I was charged THB 100 for a broken drinking glass, which was probably broken by cleaning staff and they informed me at the time of checkout. There are no cookware’s in kitchenette and you have to request if you need few. They have very limited options and most cookware’s are very old and not good for cooking. You will find only a electric kettle in your kitchen. There was no microwave, toaster, etc. It will be very difficult if you are planning to prepare your own breakfast or meals.
