「We booked a room for my wife, our teenage son and I. But When we arrived late in the evening we discovered that we only got two beds. So I had to call for them to get another bed. They were very quick to fix this. However, they forgot to add pillow and a blanket. I called them the follwing day, but we did not get blanket nor pillow. Only linens came. So it must have been some miscommunication, probably on my behalf. Also, there were no coat hangers in our room and nothing to hang our clothes...

「The rooms were clean and no dust, shower does require some mats to gather the excess water that comes out when taking a shower, and toilet needs some cleaning but overall clean, the hot water was a bit difficult to figure out and didnt last long. Beds were a bit stiff and no extra pillows were available. Sofa was also a bit hard and uncomfortable, the island chairs are too high for the table.
