"Do not be fooled by the nice photos online. Very poor service & very bad location deep in small road. The hotel advertised free transport to MRT, turn out only one way on the way out, we struggled with finding a taxi to come back from the main road & waited 1hr for their tuktuk one rainny night because it was sent to a shop & cannot be reached by phone. Reception was unhelpful when asked to call for taxi or any kind of public transport to go out. We had complained about defective water heater...

"There was no water supply during the day time that I stayed there for two weekends. Imagine checking in wanting to take a shower and no water supply. The receptionist didn’t even inform the guests. On the last day of my stay, the lift broke down and I had to carry my heavy luggage down 6 storeys through a tiny staircase. This is my 2nd time with this place, but this time, it’s a defining moment not to stay with this place again."

"We had a very bad experience with this hotel and left after two nights though we booked for 6 nights. We tried to get our deposit back but no reception and no response. After one night they asked us to move to another room which was much smaller and discomfortable. Room was dirty, bed was much to hard and bathroom was flooded with water from somewhere which made it dangerous to walk on the floor. We still haven’t got our deposit back and gave up on them. "
