"Very good and new hotel with all the necessities that you might require. The only negative part is the bad sound isolation from the hallway, it feels like the doors are made of paper. You also have to call/email before you check in to get your room number as it's not given to you when you arrive."

"Would definitely recommend, especially to anyone that loves Iconsiam which is a must see for Bangkok. The room looked exactly like the pictures and was so spacious and absolutely beautiful. It’s hard to find the entrance and be prepared for lots of stairs if you’re on top floor like we were. Only other thing is the outdoor tub is quite cold, hot water heater definitely cannot handle anything that size. Otherwise everything was fantastic here!!"

"Personne à l’arrivée. Je contacte le propriétaire qui m’indique qu’il y a un problème avec l’air conditionné de la chambre. Il me propose une autre chambre à 1,2 km que je refuse. En effet, j’étais sur le trottoir avec mes 3 valises et mes deux enfants de 8 et 12 ans. J’ai demandé le remboursement mais n’ai pas eu le montant payé. Expérience lamentable, à fuir."
