「Amazing place but expedia fooled us wit low price with bf but when we went there it was no bf」

「All good 」

「This is a very nice and affordable hotel designed in traditional Kerala architecture. It features a central courtyard with colourful tiles, is surrounded by jungle, and is located near the town.」

「The rooms are not as shown in the images. The cottages were very dingy and visibly worn out and unkept. Common areas seem to no be getting any attention. They have an on-site restaurant that does not have any functioning staff or even a full menu. Table tennis table was broken and there were hardly any other amenities.」

「We had a great stay! Highly recommend! 」

「Well-appointed cottage, professional service, and a breathtaking landscape makes this resort a top choice in Wayanad. Whether you are enjoying the view from your room or appreciating the thoughtful amenities, the experience is consistently high-quality and relaxing.」

「Great getaway for a few days immersed in nature, stunning hikes and views and wonderful staff and cuisine. Accent on on-site activities is justifiable; surrounding attractions outside the property, while famous, are incredibly crowded and congested and better to enjoy the excellent ambiance, service and cuisine and superb cabin rooms drenched with birdsongs!」

「Excellent」

「First i booked for 2 villas but they allocated 1 with 2 rooms for 8 people, after asking they gave another...Rooms are bad, no acs in one of the room, no hot water coming, fans switches not working...no water bottles , no welcome drink given...very terrible experience with resort not recommended , not value for money...maintenance is poor bed sheets and pillows are not good...」

「It was an amazing experience staying at the Vistara property. The staff was cordial and we were well attended to. The property was well maintained and the view from the resort is breathtaking! 」

「Overall the property was good and excellent 👍」
